Beef from La Ferme à Naroques
Equilibirum
La Ferme a Naroques is a mixed, organic farm producing heritage grains, stone ground flour and beef. Our herd of Red Sussex cattle are an essential part of the farm’s equilibrium. During the year they move across all of the fields, restoring the soil’s fertility and preparing the ground for nutritious crops.
Diversity
There are more than 50 species of plants in the fields, including herbs and aromatic plants that allow the animals to find everything they need to remain in perfect health.
Nomads
The cows spend their life outdoors and everyday they move onto fresh pasture. The farm has been organised so that they are autonomous, living naturally and stress free.
Grass eaters on grass
Feeding grass eating animals grain disrupts their internal balance and has a fundamental impact on the the nutritional content of the meat. Our cattle eat only plants. The result is delicious meat, rich in minerals, vitamins and perfectly balanced in omega acids.
